We feel like a BIG family at the MVM! We have 12 students this year ranging in age from 15-20. We are working hard to make them feel like it is their second home. Mealtimes are special times to eat together and build community. Twenty of us eat together daily! Wednesday evenings we meet for Bible study and fellowship. Friday evenings are movie nights complete with popcorn for those who are not able to go home to their families. Birthdays and holidays are a great excuse to celebrate, eat cake, and have fellowship. Mentoring, tutoring, English classes, and even chores are all a part of our daily schedule. We have five new students this year replacing those who graduated or moved on last year. Joining our family is Tania, Rosa, Sebastian, Manuel, and Pancho. Meet the students and staff below!

Here are some of the biographies of our students. Some of them give $5/week which goes towards meals. It is really a symbolic amount as it costs us approximately $50/student per month (in addition to the $5/week) to maintain the program.
