This
weekend we had 90 people spend the night on our campus for a retreat.
Sunday school teachers from around the area came for a conference.
This is the first large group that has stayed in the brand new camping
rooms on our campus. It was a big weekend for "Mazahua Valley
Ministries".
.
To
accommodate all of the people, we had 20 brand new bunk beds arrive that
we put into the camping rooms. There were so many beds that they
had to be delivered to our campus in our neighbor's bus! They were
delivered just in time; about 8:00 the night before everyone arrived.
We all worked into the night and even the next day assembling all of the
beds.

The people arrived at 4:30 on Friday evening. The conference was
held in our auditorium.

With 90 people there was a lot of food ...and a lot of dishes.
There were tables set up in the dining area and even outside.

The group enjoyed recreation time around the campus.

On Friday night there was a leak in the water pipes on the roof of the
camping rooms and we lost all the water in our tanks. Fortunately,
Samuel and Pablo were there to save the night! They quickly headed
to the rooftop and fixed the problem before the group even ended their
gathering in the auditorium. The retreat was able to go on with no
problems. Thank you Samuel and Pablo!
